Ryan Hunter was a cameraman who dreamed of becoming a professional wrestler.
When Bubblegum started bullying Ryan, the fans got behind him and showed how much they supported and cared for the young cameraman.
When Ryan stood up for himself and agreed to face Bubblegum one on one, he showed his guts and determination to not be pushed around by anyone.
Although he lost his first trial match, Ryan tried again and again to prove himself.
Eventually he was signed to a contract by Alpha Male Stallion, and with the support of the fans, he continues to improve and appears to be a star on the rise.
If 2016 was the year Ryan introduced himself to the fans, 2017 was the year Ryan established himself amongst the roster. Scoring huge victories over Bubblegum and Sam Gradwell as well as winning the Golden Chance trophy.
Always a man of honour and integrity, Ryan believes he needs to earn the right to be called champion before he cashes in the trophy for a title shot. So he started the Golden Chance open challenge. Any wrestler from around the country can step up to challenge Ryan for the trophy – and the guaranteed title shot that comes with it!
After multiple defences, Ryan proved he was worthy of calling himself champion with a match of the year candidate against Craig Kollins.
Ryan didn’t have a chance to savour his victory as King Ryan Grayson immediately attacked him and goaded him into cashing in the trophy.
This plan backfired massively as Ryan showed his calibre by defeating Grayson and becoming Alpha Omega champion!
Ryan went on to continue his stellar run of matches with outstanding performances against Dylan Roberts and Zack Gibson. But underhanded tactics from Golden Chance trophy holder BB saw Ryan lose the title the same way he won it.
